I have some HOLEs in my MEMORY, but those are usually unintentional.

The common side of EURO coins shows the value of the coin, with a map in the background. The national side of EURO coins displays a design chosen by the country that issued the coin. Ceviche – RAW fish marinated in citrus juice – is a dish that originated in Peru. The citrus juice denatures the protein in the seafood, making it appear cooked. Speaking of ceviche, if you're a fan of this dish you might want to mark your calendar so you can celebrate on June 28, which is National Ceviche Day in Peru.
